Baziok Terms & Conditions — Complete Membership Guide

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between Baziok ("we", "the platform") and its users ("member", "you"). Baziok is an online betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh.

• By using Baziok's services, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions in full.

To open an account on Baziok, you must meet the following requirements. Providing incorrect information may result in your account being closed at any time.

• Single Account: Only one account is allowed per person, household, or device.
• Accurate Information: Your name, phone number, and date of birth must be accurate and complete.
• KYC: A national ID card or passport must be submitted for identity verification before you can make a withdrawal.
• Password Protection: Keeping your account password confidential is your own responsibility.

An OTP will be sent to the mobile number provided during registration. Your account will not be activated until the OTP is verified. Any attempt to create multiple accounts may result in all accounts being suspended and associated balances forfeited.

• Bet Confirmation: Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.

For live betting, if your internet connection drops, check the bet history in the app to confirm whether your bet was placed. In case of any dispute, server logs will serve as the final record.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Baziok. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.

• Multi-Account: Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Bonus Abuse: Claiming bonuses through false information or repeated registrations.
• Account Transfer: Selling, renting, or allowing others to use your account.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to deposit or transfer illegally obtained funds.
• Match Fixing: Placing a bet knowing the outcome has been predetermined.
• Software Hacking: Attempting unauthorized access to or modification of the platform's systems.
• Fake Identity: Registering with a false name, age, or identity documents.

Baziok reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons.

Members may request account closure at any time. The account will be closed once any outstanding balance has been settled.

Upon account closure, any bonus balance will be forfeited. However, real money balances will be returned, unless subject to forfeiture due to a proven violation.

Baziok accepts no liability for the following.

• Losing a bet due to an internet disconnection.
• Issues with third-party payment systems.
• Theft of password or account credentials due to member negligence.
• Service disruption due to unexpected technical failure.
• Not achieving expected returns from betting.

Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the total amount deposited by the member in the preceding 30 days.

Baziok reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified at least 7 days before any changes take effect.

• You will be notified of significant changes via email.
• Minor changes will be displayed as a notice on the platform.
• If you do not agree with the updated terms, you will have the option to close your account.
• Continuing to use the platform after any changes takes effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
